A Lot

My friend drew a lot for me and this is what it says


"Just like a dying tree, suddenly refreshed and soaked with rain, reviving back to life. Just like a teenager who never knows sorrow. Legal case is favourable. Patient, fast recovering and good support. Overall, this one is a good."



What do you make of this? It sounds good but I can't understand it completely. The english is a tad "cheem" for me.
